Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is one of the most anticipated releases of the year. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the movie is set to release on Eid 2024. It will be clashing with Ajay Devgn's Maidaan at the box office. Last week, the makers of Maidaan confirmed that the film would be released in IMAX. And now, it has been reported that Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan will also get an IMAX release.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan to release in IMAX

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is all set to release on Eid 2024. Just like Maidaan, Akshay and Tiger's action film might get an IMAX release. According to a Bollywood Hungama report, the makers of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan feel that their action film deserves to be seen on as big a screen as possible.

 "And what better than IMAX? The modalities have almost been worked out. If all goes well, the IMAX release is expected to be locked soon, after which an official announcement will be made," a source told the entertainment portal.

If BMCM gets an IMAX release, it will become Akshay Kumar's fourth Bollywood film to be released in that format. In the past, the actor's films Gold, Samrat Prithviraj, and 2.0 were released in IMAX.

About Bade Miyan Chote Miyan story and star cast

Helmed by filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar, the story of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan revolves around soldiers who unite to recover a weapon from a masked man, who intends to destroy India. While Akshay and Tiger are the protagonists, Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen as the antagonist of the movie.

Apart from the aforementioned actors, the star cast of BMCM includes Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar, and Alaya F. The film has been shot across various locations - Mumbai, Jordan, Scotland, Luton, and Abu Dhabi. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has been produced by AAZ Films and Pooja Entertainment.
