Bade Miyan Chote Miyan promises to be yet another action packed thrill ride from the mind of Ali Abbas Zafar. The action flick led by Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff seems to have found its leading lady at last. It was reported that Janhvi Kapoor has come on board for the actioner.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, the makers wanted to pull off a ‘big screen spectacle’ by bringing together some big names in the industry. After wracking their brains, the team had reportedly zeroed in on Janhvi after deliberations.

Similar to his previous films, Ali wanted there to be a larger than life dynamic between the protagonists in his upcoming film as well. The film also had a lot of scope for well developed female characters, and a source told the portal that the two female leads in the film would have great roles to play.

The report hints that Janhvi will be paired opposite Tiger, and the female lead opposite Akshay would be finalised in the coming two weeks. The makers were reportedly in talks with people from the ‘top brackets’ for picking the next female lead.

The makers of the film are planning to take it on floors by January next year and have a five month schedule planned. The director will reportedly try to merge the old and new schools of action together, and will bring stunt crews from Hollywood for the same as well. The film is produced by Ali, along with Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh and Himanshu Mehra and will reportedly be shot in Scotland, Alps, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan will be produced under the banner of Pooja Entertainment.

Meanwhile, Ali’s upcoming film, tentatively titled Bloody Daddy, will feature Shahid Kapoor in the lead role. The film will be a direct to digital release.
