Badtameez Dil trailer: Barun Sobti and Ridhi Dogra reunite for an unconventional love story

Asur Season 2 stars Ridhi Dogra and Barun Sobti are back with a romantic drama show Badtameez Dil. After a fun promo, the makers have recently dropped the official trailer that sees both actors in an unconventional love story. Created by Ekta Kapoor, the Amazon miniTV also has Mallika Dua and Minissha Lamba in key roles.

The latest official trailer begins with Ridhi and Barun having a deep conversation about love and marriage at someone else's wedding. The Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon actor mentions, "I do not think anyone is happy in their married life. Especially in a marriage without love."

Moving on, Ridhi speaks about her perception of love and says, "It doesn't matter what century it is. Love is love. We just need to find it. On the other hand, Barun explains, "We can't put everything in a box. Marry someone who is your friend and have sex with someone who is hot. 

Talking to the diva, the handsome hero calls her an antique and says that she should be in a museum. "But you need to get a detox from your family. Come and live with me," Barun offers a stay to Ridhi and welcomes her into his home.

Moving on, even after getting attracted to the actress, Barun claims that he doesn't love Ridhi, while the latter confesses her true feeling to him.

Makers dropped the latest trailer with a special caption that reads, "Dekhiye Karan ke shararti andaaz aur vyavhaar ki sachchai. Hasayiye, sochiye aur naye raaz kholein. Iss mazedaar safar mein Karan ke BADTAMEEZpan ke peeche ki kahani samjhein. The official synopsis of the upcoming series explains that it chronicles an unusual love story of two completely opposite people with a modern-day twist to the classic plot of 'opposites attract.'

Badtameez Dil releases on June 9 on Amazon mini tv.
