The Punjabi comedy drama, starring Gurmukh Ginni, is set to release directly on digital platform Chaupal this February 2025. The trailer was dropped three days ago, and it also features some heartwarming songs.
The Punjabi drama, Bahuroopiya, is releasing on Chaupal on February 25, 2025. Subscribers of OTTplay Premium will also able to watch this film. Directed by Balraj Sagar, the film features Gurmukh Ginni, Neel Baidwan, Ramneek Kaur, Rajwinder Samrala, and Ikkatar Singh.
The trailer begins with a man, who loves to act, and practices his skills in front of the mirror every day. However, the next scene shows that the man, dressed up as Raavan, entering an unknown person’s house and stops an evil man from torturing a woman. Soon, we get to know that the man is an impersonator, who dresses up in different costumes and earns money by entertaining the village people and children with his charm and comical acting.
Things take an interesting turn for the impersonator soon when he meets a beautiful young woman from the village and falls in love with her. However, the woman doesn't have any idea who the impersonator actually is and that he has feelings for her. The man begins to dress up in different comical attire and visits the woman to entertain her.
Overall, the trailer promises an emotionally charged story of an impersonator and his fun, yet enduring journey of life.
