Bairagee teaser: Shivarajkumar is in top form in the action-packed Vijay Milton directorial

Kannada cinema’s Century Star Shivarajkumar is inching closer to 60, but there’s no stopping the juggernaut that he is onscreen. The one thing that almost always comes up during promotions of his film is the incredible infectious energy that he exudes, which, in turn, gets all of his co-stars to put in just as much, if not more of an effort to match up to him. The teaser of the actor’s next, Bairagee, which came out a while ago, yet again shows that there’s no slowing down for namma Shivanna; he is in top form in the action-packed Vijay Milton directorial.

The film, which is, reportedly, the Kannada remake of the Dhanush-starrer Tamil film Asuran, also stars Dhananjaya, Shashi Kumar, Pruthvi Ambaar, Anjali, Yasha Shivakumar, Umashree, among others. The film has been produced by Krishna Sarthak, whose next is Duniya Vijya’s second directorial, Bheema, and music by Anoop J Seelin.

Initially, the plan was to roll out the Bairagee teaser along with the late Puneeth Rajkumar’s James tomorrow, on March 17. But the team advanced it by a day to allow for the focus to be only on Puneeth and his last commercial film. The Bairagee teaser will, however, be packaged along with James and be screened at all theatres on March 17. Earlier, Shivarajkumar had taken to social media with a video message, saying, “March 17 is Appu’s birthday. His film, James, is releasing on that day and all theatres screening it will play the teaser of my movie, Bairagee, as well. We are dedicating this to Appu.”
