Balagam Trailer: Debutante director Venu Yeldandi showcases earthy emotions in a simple yet realistic manner

Off late, Dil Raju is presenting small films that are rich in content. Balagam is one such film that has been produced by his daughter and nephew Hanshita Reddy and Harshit Reddy. Ace comedian Venu Yeldandi is making his directorial debut with the film and today, star hero Vijay Devarakonda has unleashed the trailer wishing the team all the best.

Balagam is set in Telangana and is a family drama featuring Priyadarshi and Kavya Kalyanram. The setting is realistic and showcases the petty issues of a family. Priyadarshi is split between a sensitive issue and the story takes a U-turn after a death in the family shocks everyone. By the looks of it, the story is quite simple but the emotions are going to be arresting.

Debutante director Venu Yeldandi surprises everyone with his command of the craft as the casting of Priyadarshi, Kavya, and the rest of the villagers has been done right. Bheems Ceserolio has composed the music and his BGM for the promo is neat. The village visuals and small-time funny catfights are showcased in an interesting manner.

Balagam's first half is going to be hilarious whereas the second half is going to be heartwrenching says the director Venu. How a death in a family is celebrated and the emotions related to these conflicts form the major crux of the film. Dil Raju has created good hype for this film as he has shown it to many in various parts of Telangana where the film is set. The trailer has surely lived up to the created and we need to see how the general audience will lap up this film when it will come out on the 3rd of March.
