Bangladeshi superstar Mosharraf Karim will next be appearing in a web series, Dour. The project is very special for him and his fans as Karim will be seen opposite his wife, Robena Reza for the first time in this Hoichoi Originals.

To add to the excitement of the fans, the makers have now announced that they will release the trailer of the series tomorrow. They took to Instagram to announce the news with a poster. The poster shows the actor Karim in a suit with a blue car. The poster reads: ‘Trailer out tomorrow’ in block letters.

Dour revolves around the story of an intense car chase that reveals the conflicted sides of every character of the series.

Karim is going to play the character of a prominent businessman Ruhul Amin who has a shady past that will put him on an intense chase, which eventually sabotages his personal and family life. Robena Reza will play the character of his on-screen wife, Ahona, a strong-headed and independent woman.

The family dynamics start getting more interesting when the couple finds their only son Sayan, played by Rayaz, is trapped inside that missing car. It’s based on a classic hit-and-miss formula.

The thriller gears up when Amin’s manager informs him that a few illegal and highly confidential documents are in the dashboard of his car that has gone missing. Amin appoints a handy hitman to destroy the car while his wife informs him that their son is probably missing and he might also be locked in that car.

Mosharraf Karim is a very well-known actor from Bangladesh who recently worked in director Bratya Basu’s feature Dictionary and managed to win the hearts of both critics and cinema lovers of Kolkata and abroad. In fact, he was the film’s high point as he played his character Makar with effortless ease and confidence.

Directed by Raihan Khan, the series also features Intekhab Dinar, Tariq Anam Khan, Irfan Sazzad, Tasnuva Tisha.

The fans are waiting eagerly to catch the first glimpse tomorrow. The series will be out in May. However, the production house SVF has not declared the exact release date yet.
