Barbie teaser: Margot Robbie redefines baby doll

Margot Robbie is back, this time as Barbie. The teaser of Barbie, which was revealed recently, sees her play nothing like what baby doll originally means. She is redefining the term and how!

The teaser reveals children playing with little dolls, till this doll comes to life. The huge, curvaceous doll is none other than Barbie.

Margot Robbie in the role of Barbie instantly steals the thunder. Her wink is just perfect.

One can also see a glimpse of Ryan Gosling as Ken. He is seen in blond hair.

The film also stars Ncuti Gatwa and Simu Liu in pivotal roles. Apart from them, Will Ferrell, Emma Mackey and America Ferrara are seen in the movie.

Helen Mirren has given voice to the teaser and she reveals about the evolution of Barbie and her world. Not just her but the music from Stanley Kubrick's A Space Odyssey makes it to the teaser. This is before the big reveal for Barbie.

The movie Barbie promises to have a lot of barbie houses and a whole barbie land made up of pink and purple houses. It is to be noted that this is the first ever live-action adaptation of Barbie. Many animated versions of the doll released before this.

Barbie is slated to release in theatres on July 21, 2023. The film sees a clash with Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer.
