Barun Sobti: I experience my biggest emotional transition with Badtameez Dil

Barun Sobti is excited about playing a romantic role in the soon-to-be-released web series Badtameez Dil. Ahead of its release, he shared that the show gave him a chance to undergo an emotional transition.

Sharing about his character in the show, Barun said, "My character, Karan, is very opinionated and sorted about his life decisions. He knows what he wants and is sure about his beliefs, but as the story unfolds, one gets to know who he really is. I am sure that the audience will understand and relate to the character on many levels. I think Karan might be the one character through whom I went through the most emotional transition as an actor."

Barun is currently basking in the success of Asur 2. He began his career with television shows and got popular with series like Baat Hamari Pakki Hai and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? He followed this up with web series like Tanhaiyan, The Great Indian Dysfunctional Family, and Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke.

Badtameez Dil is produced by Ektaa R Kapoor and also stars Ridhi Dogra, Mallika Dua, and Minissha Lamba.

Talking about the show, producer Ektaa said, "A tale based on two people with diametrically opposed personalities, Badtameez Dil, is created out of this magic. We are certain that this series will provide all romance enthusiasts with an excellent experience that is full of surprises."

Badtameez Dil will be available to stream on Amazon miniTV starting June 9.
