The new stills of Vidaamuyarchi, featuring actors Ajith Kumar and Trisha in the lead roles, have been keeping fans happy, who are eagerly awaiting the release of the film. The BTS photos of the much-celebrated onscreen pair have only hyped up the expectations of the film. With Ajith in a clean-shaven look as he sports a black-and-white suit, and Trisha in a grey saree, the couple are all smiles.

Mankatha is a heist thriller drama starring Ajith Kumar, Lakshmi Rai, Anjali, Arjun Sarja, Trisha Krishnan, Andrea Jeremiah, Ashwin Kakumanu, Vaibhav Reddy, Premji Amaren, Mahat Raghavendra, Jayaprakash, Aravind Akash and Subbu Panchu. The film marks Ajith's 50th outing, and revolves around a corrupt ACP who partners with a gang and gets involved in a heist surrounding cricket betting money. Mankatha was a smasher hit upon its release.

Yennai Arindhal – Aha

Yennai Arindhal is an action thriller film, helmed by filmmaker Gautham Menon. With Ajith and Trisha playing the lead roles, along with Anushka Shetty and Arun Vijay in pivotal characters, Yennai Aridhal is about a cop who has to face off against a deadly gangster to save his step-daughter. Ajith and Trisha's chemistry in the film was much lauded.

Kireedam – Prime Video

Kireedam marks the directorial debut of AL Vijay and is the remake of the Malayalam film of the same name. The movie is about a cop who wants to make his son also a police officer. However, the future has something else in store, as they get meddled in a crime. The film also stars Rajkiram, Vivek, Santhanam and others.

Ji – Prime Video

Written and directed by Lingusamy, Ji is a political action film starring Trisha and Ajith. The film revolves around a student who wants to contest the college elections and go against a politician's son.
