Bengali actor Jeet turns Raavan - see first look of his upcoming film

Bengali superstar Jeet has taken to Instagram to share the look of his upcoming film, Raavan. As the title suggests, he has turned the devil for the project. The actor also shared his first look from the film while making the announcement.

In this first look, Jeet is seen with a red-coloured left eye with a snake-coloured right eye. He also has a cut on the left eyebrow, indicating he has been at war more than once. Of course, the actor has grown a heavy beard and moustache in order to complete the look. However, the hair hints at a more modern Raavan.

The announcement of this film comes on the occasion of Dussehra. While Jeet unveiled the first look, he is yet to announce when the project goes on floors. The actor shared 'Shoot Starts Soon' along with the poster but did not indicate how soon he meant.

While the remaining cast of the film has not been announced, Jeet did reveal about the crew. MN Raj is helming the movie while the actor is producing the film under his banner Jeetz Filmworks. Gopal Madnani and Amit Jumrani are co-producing the film with Jeet.

The actor was currently making headlines for his upcoming movie Baazi. The film also stars Mimi Chakraborty. She plays the lead female actress in the movie. The movie, an official remake of the Telugu film Nannaku Prematho, released on October 10, 2021, to mark the occasion of Durga Puja.

Before Jeet, Abhishek Bachchan also appeared in the Hindi movie Raavan. The actor also played the role of the devil in the Mani Ratnam directorial. His acting was especially noted. The movie was also made in Tamil with Prithviraj playing the lead role of Raavan.

Bollywood is also ready to witness another story of Raavan in the form of Bhavai and Adipurush. While Pratik Gandhi plays the role of Raavan in Bhavai, Saif Ali will be seen as the devil in Adipurush.
