The first schedule of the upcoming Tamil film Benz has been wrapped up. With the Kanchana actor playing the titular role, Nivin Pauly who was seen in films like Malayalee From India and Neram , will be playing the notorious Walter in the film. It has already been reported that Benz will belong to LCU.

With reports strongly suggesting that Madonna Sebastian is onboard Benz, it is expected that Benz will have a Leo connect. For those who don’t know, Vijay-starrer Leo is the latest instalment from LCU. It had a cameo appearance by Madonna Sebastian who plays Elisa Das, twin sister of Leo Das and one who gets killed in the flashback. With Madonna expected to reprise her character, looks like Benz will have a Leo connection after all, or probably set in the same timeline. However, nothing has been officially confirmed so far.

The theme of LCU is the conflict between law enforcement officers and vigilantes who stand against the crime and drug lords who operate their mafia. Actors like Kamal Haasan, Karthi, Fahadh Faasil, Vijay and others are part of LCU.
