The Powerpuff Girls

American superhero animated television series The Powerpuff Girls was developed by animator Craig McCracken and produced by Hanna-Barbera. Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup are three kindergarten-aged girls with superpowers who are the focus of the show. They are called upon regularly by the mayor of the fictional city of Townsville to assist in using their powers to combat local criminals and other enemies.
