Golmaal: Fun Unlimited

Rohit Shetty’s 2006 cult classic film Golmaal: Fun Unlimited set the stage for one of India's most beloved comedy franchises. Dream Girl

Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, Dream Girl is about Karam (Ayushmann Khurrana) who can talk like a woman. This leads him to work at a call center as a woman named Pooja. Karam's life takes a comical turn after the mystery surrounding Pooja's true identity unravels, leading to chaos in his personal life. Released in 2019, the film starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrratt Bharuccha is sure to tickle your funny bone.

Chhichhore

Starring the late Sushant Singh Rajput, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Shraddha Kapoor, and Naveen Polishetty, Chhichhore (2019) is a comedy-drama film that explores the meaning of friendship and love. When Anni (Sushant) and Maya's (Shraddha) son attempts suicide after failing to clear his IIT-JEE exams, Anni reunites with his college gang to reminisce about their college days. Bareilly Ki Barfi

Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Bareilly Ki Barfi (2017), starring Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao, is a romantic-comedy film. It revolves around the life of Bitty (Kriti) who wants to meet an author, Pritam Vidrohi. She meets publisher Chirag (Ayushmann) who falls in love with her. Not revealing that Chirag is Pritam, he arranges for his friend (Rajkumar) to meet Bitti. How this meeting sparks a love triangle between the three is the plot of the film.

Good Newwz

Starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani, Good Newwz is about two couples whose lives turn upside down after a mix-up at a fertility clinic. From Diljit’s hilarious performance to Akshay’s comedic one-liners, Good Newwz is a must-watch that promises laughs and heartfelt moments.

Khichdi 2

Released in 2023, Khichdi 2 stars Kirit Kulhari, Jamnadas Majethia, Supriya Pathak, and Pratik Gandhi, among others. Helmed by Aatish Kapadia, it is the sequel to the 2010 film Khichdi. The comedy-drama follows the Patel family as they disguise Praful (Rajeev Mehta) to replace the ruler of Paanthukistan. The film is full of hilarious circumstances that ensue as Praful attempts to mimic the ruler's mannerisms, leading to a series of troublesome consequences.

Dhamaal

Known for its iconic dialogues and memorable characters, Indra Kumar’s 2007 film Dhamaal is a cult classic. The plot of the film revolves around four friends: Roy (Riteish Deshmukh), Adi (Arshad Warsi), Manav (Jaaved Jaffrey), and Boman (Aashish Chaudhary). Go Goa Gone

Welcome 2 Karachi

Helmed by Ashish R. Mohan, Welcome 2 Karachi (2015) stars Arshad Warsi and Jackky Bhagnani in lead roles. The film is a political satire on the relationship between India and Pakistan. It revolves around two friends, Shammi (Arshad) and Kedar (Jackky) who find themselves stranded in Pakistan. After a series of misadventures, the duo is hunted by both the Indian and Pakistan intelligence agencies. Several laughs ensue as they try to find their way back home.
