Bhagavanth Kesari box office collection Day 1: The Balakrishna-starrer takes a solid start

Nandamuri Balakrishna is back with his new film, Bhagavanth Kesari. The film was released on October 19, 2023, as a Dussehra special. Anil Ravipudi has directed this film, which also has Sreeleela and Kajal in key roles. Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi have produced this film on a massive scale, and they did not leave any stone unturned in the promotions as well.

Well, the film has opened to solid word of mouth and has been declared a hit at the box office. The day-one numbers are out, and Bhagavanth Kesari has made a whopping Rs 32 crore gross on day one of its release worldwide.

The makers say if not for Leo, the action drama would have made an even bigger number on day one, without a doubt. The film has done exceptionally well in areas like Nizam and Guntur. With the Dussehra holidays underway, Bhagavanth Kesari will do solid business in the days to come, say the trade experts. 

Balakrishna is seen in a new avatar in this film, which also has Arjun Rampal as the main villain. This is his Telugu debut, and he has done well in his role as Rahul Sanghvi. In the US too, Bhagavanth Kesari has started with a bang and will touch the $1 million mark this week. 

Back in India, Bhagavanth Kesari is being lauded for the strong woman empowerment message it has given and for the subtle performance of Balayya, which has won the hearts of many. 

However, Bhagavanth Kesari will be tested as Ravi Teja's biggie, Tiger Nageswara Rao, has also released today on a massive note. Well, let's wait and watch as to how Bhagavanth Kesari will do in the days to come.
