Any Nandamuri Balakrishna film calls for a huge celebration for not just his fans but action movie buffs in general. Having scored a hit earlier this year in the form of Veera Simha Reddy, Balayya returns in all his glory in another action-packed entertainer titled Bhagavanth Kesari which has Anil Ravipudi of F2 and Sarileru Neekevvaru fame at the helm.

Also starring in the film are Kajal Aggarwal, who plays the female lead, Sreeleela (Balakrishna's sister in the film) and Arjun Rampal, who makes his Telugu debut as the chief antagonist of the picture, Rahul Sanghvi. By the looks of it, Bhagavanth Kesari will be every bit the mass movie that fans desire from a Nandamuri Balakrishna outing but with someone like Anil Ravipudi leading the way, one could also expect the film to be laced with his trademark comedy.

And reports now tell us that the film will also receive a wide release in Karnataka with well-known producer Bangalore Kumar taking up the task of distributing it across the state. The same reports add that the distributor is aiming for a 'career best' release for Balayya and the efforts the same are said to be already underway.

Bhagavanth Kesari releases in theatres on October 19 and in Karnataka, it is set to clash with MG Srinivas' 'Ghost' (starring Shiva Rajkumar) and also Sapta Sagaradaache Ello Side B, which is scheduled to release the following day on October 20. So, movie buffs can expect another riveting box-office clash come October.

Of course, Bhagavanth Kesari has already set the cash registers ringing for its makers considering that the film, according to reports, has earned them close to Rs. 70 crores in the form of global theatrical rights. Nandamuri Balakrishna & Co., thereby, will prove quite heavy in the aforementioned clash but it will all come down to the merit of the film - as a footnote, several reports constantly throw up the fact Anil Ravipudi, technically, hasn't had a flop to his name yet!
