Bhaswar Chatterjee refutes rumour about his ‘special friend in Kashmir’

Actor Bhaswar Chatterjee was married to Uttam Kumar's grandchild Nabamita in 2014. But they were separated in 2019 and the official divorce happened in August 2020. They decided to stay as friends. It was Bhaswar's second divorce. 

Bhaswar has come back to life after the divorce and got himself busy acting. He also started writing. He has another place outside Kolkata. That is Kashmir. he visits there whenever he has time. He penned his experience and his book Onyo Upatyaka was praised by many in Tollywood. But there are questions regarding why he goes there so often. A strange rumor was afloat that he is in an illicit relationship in Kashmir. Bhaswar now opened his mouth regarding the rumor. 

He wrote on Facebook, “Heard the weirdest joke about myself. Since I go to Kashmir, have friends, home, and love to spend time there…it’s being said I also have a ‘najayaz sampark’ tucked away there too. Maza ata hai ye sab sunke'.

However, Bhaswar's friend did not take it funnily. They say that many people are jealous of his success and hence are spreading rumors. Actor Sujoy Prasad Chatterjee wrote, 'Well, still there is something illicit in this world. A love which is legal...is it love at all?' Bhaswar replied to this post, “You are right.” 

One fan wrote, “Dada, people hit the tree which has mangoes.” Another one jokingly asked, “Dada will we get the marriage invitation to Kashmir?” Bhaswar's Kashmiri friends also remarked. They said, “Come back to Kashmir soon. We miss you.” Bhaswar does not want to pay attention to the trollers. He said, “They think of me so much and I am happy with that.”
