Bhavana’s comeback Malayalam movie Ntikkakkokkoru Premondarnn is all set to hit theatres. The movie is scripted and directed by debutant Adhil Maimoonath Asharaf, who had earlier revealed that it will be a family drama with a simple love story.

Reports now suggest that the movie also revolves around two siblings – essayed by Bhavana and Sharafudheen. Ashokan also plays a pivotal role in the film, which had its audio launch earlier this month in Kochi.

Speaking at the function, Bhavana, whose previous Malayalam movie was Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Adam Joan, said, “It's been some time since I have worked in a Malayalam movie. A lot of people working in this movie are newcomers but I share the same level of excitement and happiness. It’s a beautiful movie with a beautiful, simple love story that I hope everyone will like.”

While Bhavana had been away from Mollywood, she had been active in Kannada and was part of films such as Srikrishna@gmail.com and Bhajarangi. She has also signed Pink Note, which has her playing a double role. The actress also recently replaced Mamta Mohandas in Bhadran’s upcoming movie Eo, which has Shane Nigam and Gautham Vasudev Menon as part of the cast. Bhavana will be playing a multiple-time National Award-winning actress in the film, which is scripted by S Suresh Babu and is set to go on floors next year after the director completes his work on Spadikam’s 4K version.

Ntikkakkokkoru Premondarnn is currently scheduled to hit theatres on December 16. Sharafudheen, who was part of the two big releases last week – Senna Hegde’s 1744 White Alto and Zac Harriss’ Adrishyam, will also be seen in Alphonse Puthren’s upcoming movie Gold. The actor had said his is a ‘blink-and-miss’ role in the film, starring Prithviraj and Nayanthara in the lead. Sharafudheen has also completed shooting for Djinn and Aanandham Paramaanandham, which is directed by Shafi and has Indrans essaying a pivotal character.
