Bhediya Box Office Collections Day 4: Varun Dhawan starrer witnesses a huge drop on first Monday

Amar Kaushik's film Bhediya, starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, is running in theatres with a respectable amount of success. After four days at the box office, the movie surpassed the Rs 30-crore milestone. But on day 4 (Monday), Bhediya collection had a significant decline, which is typical for a weekday. It remains to be seen if Bhediya will surpass Rs 50 crore at this rate later this week.

Bhediya, a werewolf drama starring Varun Dhawan, released in theatres on November 25. Both critics and audience gave the movie varying ratings.

Bhediya witnessed a significant decline in collections on Day 4, November 28, and brought in Rs 3.50 crore.

Bhediya is currently up against stiff opposition from Drishyam 2. The movie has failed to outperform the Ajay Devgn starrer at the box office, despite being released a week later.

Amar Kaushik and Dinesh Vijan are the director and producer of the comedy-horror movie Bhediya. Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon play the key roles in the movie. After Dilwale, this is Kriti's second movie with Varun (2015). The film also stars Deepak Dobriyal, Abhishek Banerjee and Paalin Kabak. Bhediya is titled in Telugu as Thodelu.

Meanwhile, Bhediya is the third film in Vijan's horror-comedy series. On November 25, it released in theatres. The plot of Bhediya, which is set in Arunachal Pradesh, centres on a young guy named Bhaskar who suffers a wolf bite in the forest. He eventually begins to change into a werewolf as well.
