Bhojpuri actress Yamini Singh accuses Pawan Singh of sexual misconduct: Mujhme kami kya hai jo mai compromise karu?

Actress Yamini Singh, a co-star of Bhojpuri actor-singer Pawan Singh, has accused him of inappropriate behaviour. Prior to her decision to leave the movie Boss, she recently came forth and talked about the painful experience of working with the Bhojpuri celebrity. Yamini spoke about her ordeal, but she withheld information about the circumstances that led to her vowing never to work with Pawan again.

The Patthar Ke Sanam actress denied Pawan Singh's accusations that he assisted her in getting her debut movie. Yamini claims that Boss director Arvind Choubey gave her the green light to act. The diva expressed how excited she was to star opposite Pawan as the female protagonist.  She admired the actor as an aspiring actress and was eager to collaborate with him. Yamini was also a big fan of his singing talent. But shortly after, a terrible incident occurred that caused her to reconsider her opinion of Pawan.

Yamini reportedly informed News18 that she had received a call from a Boss unit member asking her to come to the studio at 9:00 PM. The actress from Lallu Ki Laila was skeptical because the day's filming was already over. She questioned why anyone would show up at the studio at that time. She responded by stating that she would be unable to report to the sets at 9:00 PM. The caller stated that the actress will lose her chance to star with Pawan Singh after hearing her replies. This response infuriated her, so she made the decision to leave the movie.

Further talking about Pawan, ETimes quoted Yamini as saying, ‘Woh industry mein mere favourite singer hain aur rahenge bhi. Lekin agar aap gandaa kaam karne ke liye bologe toh woh nahi karungi.’ She added, ‘Agar Bhojpuri mein mujhe compromise karne ke liye kahaa jayega toh mai karungi kya? Mujhme kami kya hai jo mai compromise karu?’
