Bholaa Shankar: Chiranjeevi goes back to college, shoots a very key scene in Hyderabad

Megastar Chiranjeevi is super high with the success of his new film Waltair Veerayya directed by Bobby. The film has made over 130 crores at the box office and once again proved that Chiranjeevi is indeed the box office king in Telugu cinema. Well, the megastar has now quickly moved on to his new film titled Bholaa Shankar that is being filmed in Hyderabad.

Well, the shoot is now going on at Koti Women's college in Hyderabad. Koti Women's college is a prestigious college which was established in 1924. Some very popular and iconic politicians and actors have studied in this college. A key scene in the film is being shot here by director Meher Ramesh as Chiranjeevi and a few other key character artists are taking part in this shoot.

Bholaa Shankar is the official remake of the Ajith Starrer Vedhalam and has Keerthy Suresh as one of the leads. She will be seen as Chiranjeevi's sister in this film. Tamanah Bhatia has been roped into romance with the megastar. This is the second film for Tamannah after Sye Raa where she has been paired opposite Chiranjeevi.

The film was set for an April release but the makers have not yet confirmed the release date. Director Meher Ramesh is making a comeback as a director after a long time and he needs to make this film a big hit as he has given only flops in the past. This is his first and last chance to make use of an opportunity given by Chiranjeevi. We need to see how much he lives up to the expectations created.
