Following the release of the first motion poster from his next film, Bholaa, Ajay Devgn has now released the movie's teaser. The popular Tamil film Kaithi has been remade in Hindi as Bholaa. The movie also features Tabu in a significant role, and it is the actors' eleventh project together.

A girl is told at the start of the teaser that someone will be stopping by the orphanage to meet her. She begins to question why they want to meet her. The teaser then takes a strange turn at this point. The narrator transports us to a jail where Devgn's Bholaa is reading the Bhagavad Gita. When he hears that it is time for him to be let out of jail, he joins the other prisoners in celebrating.

We are heard saying that when he spreads ash on his forehead, one can never know how many people he'll transform into ashes, in response to the question, "Who is he?" At the end of the teaser, Ajay on a motorcycle points a trishul at a moving car.

The critically acclaimed Tamil hit Kaithi, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and starring Karthi, was made into a Hindi film titled Bholaa. In the 2019 action thriller, a group of smugglers attack the police, but an inmate helps them escape. The police then assist him in getting his daughter back.

His production company, Ajay Devgn Ffilms, along with T-Series Films, Reliance Entertainment, and Dream Warrior Pictures, all worked together to make the movie. The movie will debut in theatres on March 30, 2023.

Meanwhile, Ajay and Tabu have previously appeared together in films like Drishyam (2015), Golmaal Again (2017), and De De Pyaar De (2019). They also appeared together in Vijaypath (1994), Haqeeqat (1995), Thakshak (1999), and the most recent was Drishyam 2 (2022).
