Be ready for a spooky Friday! Makers of the Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor starrer horror-comedy Bhoot Police have announced a new date for the film’s release. The highly anticipated film was scheduled to drop on September 17 on Disney+ Hotstar, while now it’s set to release 7 days prior, on this Friday, September 10, on the OTT giant. Directed by Pavan Kirpalani, Bhoot Police also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam as the leading ladies.

On Tuesday, the digital streamer announced the new release date through a Twitter post that captioned, “Good news for your weekend! Bad news for Bhoots. Bhoot Police is releasing 7 days early! Streaming from 10th September. #DisneyPlusHotstarMultiplex (sic)”

Meanwhile, Arjun also shared the same news through his Twitter handle and wrote, “Good news for your weekend! Bad news for Bhoots. #BhootPolice is releasing 7 days early! Streaming from 10th September only on @DisneyPlusHS. Stay tuned!

Khan and Kapoor are playing the characters of ghostbusters in the film named Vibhooti and Chiraunji respectively, while Jacqueline and Yami can be seen in sassy avatars as Kanika and Maya.

The spooky trailer of Bhoot Police successfully accomplished in creating the right buzz among the audience. Produced by Ramesh Taurani and Akshai Puri, the film also stars Jaaved Jaafri and Jamie Lever in pivotal roles.
