Bhooth Bangla: Akshay Kumar-Wamiqa Gabbi recreate their own version of Gale Lage Jaa? Actor hints at it

Akshay Kumar has just shared a video with Wamiqa Gabbi which could hint at them recreating Gale Lag Jaa, a song originally featuring Akshay and Katrina Kaif. The Welcome actor announced the wrap of his horror-comedy film Bhooth Bangla with the very video. In this clip, he is seen alongside a waterfall with Wamiqa in a saree wrapped up almost like you remember Katrina Kaif. So, was that a hint? Here's what we think...

Akshay Kumar-Wamiqa Gabbi recreate Gale Lag Jaa for Bhooth Bangla?

The wrap-up video appears to hint at Akshay Kumar's version of Gale Lag Jaa with Wamiqa Gabbi. In this clip, though, Akshay Kumar dons a hat and dances standing in a green t-shirt while Wamiqa is seated in a colour co-ordinated saree (wrapped around like Katrina Kaif in the original song).

The original song, Gale Lag Jaa, featured Akshay opposite Katrina Kaif and became iconic for obvious reasons (their intense chemistry while the song itself was a vibe). The track, interestingly, was a part of De Dana Dan which also co-starred Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty (Akshay's Phir Hera Pheri as well as upcoming Welcome To The Jungle co-stars).

Akshay Kumar's schedule revealed

After wrapping up Bhooth Bangla, Akshay Kumar is scheduled to complete Welcome To The Jungle, while director Priyadarshan preps for Hera Pheri 3. Unfortunately, this happens in the midst of news about Akshay's Bhagam Bhag co-star Paresh Rawal quitting Hera Pheri 3.

Welcome To The Jungle would bring Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal back together. The trio is Hera Pheri's iconic trio (Raju, Shyam and Baburao). Thus, fans are hopeful of Paresh Rawal's return to Hera Pheri 3. However, for now, the veteran actor has confirmed that he is not a part of the movie, which everyone hopes changes, given how Akshay himself had quit and returned to the movie at one point of time. Thus, once Welcome To The Jungle wraps up, Akshay, Suniel Shetty and hopefully even Paresh Rawal would move on to Hera Pheri 3 as initially scheduled.
