Featuring Akshay Kumar in the lead, Priyadarshan’s upcoming horror comedy film is now postponed for almost a month. Earlier slated for April 2, Bhooth Bangla is now gearing up to release on May 15, 2026. The revised theatrical release pits Bhooth Bangla against Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia’s Vvan: Force of the Forest, as the latter also unravels its mystery on May 15. Both the movies are among the most-awaited cinematic experiences for fans.
Confirming the new release date, the makers shared on social media, “Balaji Motion Pictures shared the news on social media, writing, "Bangle se ek khabar aayi hai! (The news has come from the mansion)" and added, "The doors open on 15th May 2026 (sic)."
