Ajay Devgn had announced in 2020 that his film Bhuj: The Pride of India will be releasing on Disney+ Hotstar. Now, the streaming date is nearing and people have shown excitement on the same for the film directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya. Bhuj: The Pride of India will start streaming from August 13, 2021, mostly by 7:30 pm. The war drama is set against the backdrop of the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.

Ajay plays the role of IAF Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, who reconstructs the IAF airbase at the Bhuj airport with the help of 300 women from the local village Madhapar. The film has an ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Sharad Kelkar, Ammy Virk, Pranitha Subhash and Ihana Dhillon.

The three minutes 20-second long trailer was unveiled about a month back on July 12, 2021.

The makers described Bhuj: The Pride of India as "When bravery becomes your armour, every step leads you to victory! Experience the untold story of the greatest battle ever fought."

A second trailer for the film dropped about a week back which glimpsed more into the important characters.

Bhuj: The Pride of India is a Select Media Holdings LLP Production which is presented by T series and Ajay Devgn Ffilms. Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Ginny Khanuja, Vajir Singh, and Bunny Sanghavi. The film has been written by Abhishek Dudhaiya, Raman Kumar, Ritesh Shah and Pooja Bhavoria are the producers of the war drama.

The much-awaited film is set to be an Independence Day weekend release and rightly so!
