Bhuvan Bam injured in ‘freak accident’ on Taaza Khabar sets – all we know about it so far

Bhuvan Bam is all set to make his debut on an OTT platform with his upcoming web series, Taaza Khabar. The actor, who is anyway known for pushing his boundaries, did it again. This time, he got involved and injured in a ‘freak accident’ on the sets. Thankfully, Bhuvan came out of it safe and alive.

The content creator, who was making headlines for his debut web show Dhindora in 2021, is now constantly in news for Taaza Khabar. IANS reports that the actor had gotten injured on the sets of the show.

The actor told the agency that the makers could resume shooting for the show almost immediately. They all took a short break to address the injury but once back in the groove, they were at it.

A source shared about the incident and stated that Bhuvan missed the moment and fell down. Thus, he bruised himself in the process.

This little birdie also says that Bhuvan insisted that the makers shoot the show according to the schedule chalked out. This is not the first time that Bhuvan pushed his limits to retain a schedule. He had previously revealed that he waited for superstars Shah Rukh Khan for a really long time – till almost mid-night – to shoot for their Titu Talks episode. Bhuvan’s actual words were, “Ab subah tak toh ruk nahi sakte. Toh main ruka raha (We couldn’t reschedule for morning. So, I kept waiting).”

On Taaza Khabar itself, Bhuvan has done something that he never experimented with even on his own YouTube channel. He went for a clean-shaven look without thinking twice if people would accept it or not. While Bhuvan got responses like ‘Baby ki Vines (a dig on his original channel BB ki Vines),’ the actor also received love for trying something new.

Taaza Khabar stars Shriya Pilgaonkar as the female lead. The show will mark Bhuvan’s debut on both OTT and Disney+Hotstar.

Soon after Taaza Khabar release, Bhuvan has promised his fans that the second season of Dhindora will be back. The actor hinted that he has introduced as many as 20 characters on the show – all played by him, in the Bhuvan Universe show.
