Bhuvana Vijayam OTT release date: When and where to watch Sunil, Srinivas Reddy, Vennela Kishore’s film

Bhuvana Vijayam, a fantasy comedy directed by newcomer Yalamanda Charan, hit screens worldwide this summer on May 12. The film produced by P Uday Kiran and V Srikanth under Himalaya Studio Mansions and Mirth Media starred Sunil, Srinivas Reddy, Vennela Kishore, Viva Harsha, Pruthvi Raj, Dhanraj and others in key roles. The entertainer opened to moderate responses at the box office.

After its brief run in theatres, the film is now out on OTT. Amazon Prime Video acquired its post-theatrical streaming rights and decided to premiere the film recently. The film is available on the platform via the ‘pay-per-view’ model for Rs 99, where a viewer should complete it under 48 hours after streaming it. The comedy was certified U/A and had a 115-minute runtime.

The film starts with the death of Yadagiri, after which two Yamadutas descend on earth to take his soul. Meanwhile, Chitragupta informs both the Yamadutas that another man working in a film producer Chalapathi’s office is about to die. The producer Chalapathi has plans to produce a film with Sunil and invites seven writers. They should enter a room in the same office and finalise a story.

Bigboss Vasanthi, Goparaju Ramana, Raj Tirandasu, Jabardast Raghava, Anant, Sonia Chowdary, Snehal Kamat, Shaking Seshu, Sathi Pandu and others played supporting roles in the film. Chota K Prasad is the editor of the film which had music by Shekar Chandra. Sai cranked the camera for the project. Aditya Music bagged the audio rights of the film which had two songs - Bhuvana Vijayam theme song and ‘Soul of Bhuvana Vijayam’.

“The producer left no stone unturned to make this film on a lavish scale and I feel blessed to have worked with so many talented actors for my debut. The film is a rags to riches story of a person who craves for identity. It is a mix of comedy, thrill and fantasy and will impress one and all,” the director Charan said prior to its release.
