Big news: Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 locks its release date, deets inside

Pushpa 2 is one of the most awaited films in Indian cinema. Post the success of Pushpa, all eyes are on the release of Pushpa 2. Allu Arjun plays the main lead in this film which is being directed by Sukumar. Mythri Movie Makers is the production house behind this film and Devi Sri Prasad scores the music.

Fans of Allu Arjun and the Pushpa franchise were waiting eagerly to know when the film would be released and today, the makers shocked one and all by suddenly revealing the release date of the film. As per the latest update, Pushpa 2 will hit the screens on August 15, 2024. 

The makers announced it with a stylish new poster that showcases Allu Arjun's hand which sports stylish women's jewelry. The shooting of the film is going on as of now in Hyderabad and key scenes of the film are being canned in a specially erected set in Hyderabad on a massive scale.

The film's budget has been doubled when compared to the first part and Mythri Movie Makers are leaving no stone unturned to take this film to the next level. The news is that Pushpa 2 will also be released in a few languages other than Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Rashmika plays the female lead in this film which also has Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, and Anasuya Bharadwaj in key roles. The second part also has a special song like the one Samantha Ruth Prabhu featured in Pushpa. The makers are now looking for a star heroine who will sizzle in this number.  

Looks like the makers have chosen a perfect date for the release of the second part and we cannot wait to see what Allu Arjun has in store for us in his Pushparaj avatar. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
