Bigg Boss 15: Salman Khan-hosted show set to premiere on Voot

Here’s some good news for all Bigg Boss fans! The 15th season of the reality show is set to commence soon. What’s more? The show will now directly premiere on Voot, the OTT platform where the reality show, hosted by Salman Khan, can be viewed anytime.

Bigg Boss 15 will stream on Voot for the first six weeks, after which it will start airing on the TV channel Colors. The new season will also be called Bigg Boss OTT for the same reason.

This time around, the audiences will get a say in what the contestants will do inside the house. Through the ‘janta’ vote, the contestants will be allowed to stay and leave the house. More so, the ‘janta’ can decide the tasks for the contestants.

Ex-Bigg Boss contestants recently spoke about the show and their memories related to the reality TV series.

Calling Bigg Boss a ‘life-changing experience’, Shweta Tiwari said that the show taught her ‘to be more patient, tolerant and yet assertive’. Excited about the ‘janta’ concept, she asserts that as a viewer, she would have more power to judge the show.

Bigg Boss 13 contestants Nikki Tamboli and Rahul Vaidya also shared their views on the new concept. Nikki exclaimed that her life changed for the better after entering the reality show. The ‘drama queen’ also shared that she is looking forward to all the drama unfolding on OTT.

Rahul, who has grown with reality shows (Indian Idol and Bigg Boss), expressed how Bigg Boss teaches people the value of real relationships. He asked the viewers to be ready for drama, twists, turns and suspense.

The list of contestants for the 15th season of the show isn’t out, as yet. The release date for the upcoming show is expected to be out shortly.
