Bigg Boss 16 contestant Sumbul Touqeer Khan crosses new milestone at 19, finds a new home

Bigg Boss 16 contestant Sumbul Touqeer Khan might just be 19 but she is surely going places! After staying on Salman Khan’s show for a long time, she has now crossed another milestone. Sumbul is now the proud owner of a new home.

Sumbul took to Instagram to post a video of herself decorating her new home. The clip also sees her father and various labourers painting the walls.

“Naya Ghar. work in progress. Apne ideas zaroor dein,” Sumbul captioned the video. She reached out to her fans for ideas about interior work.

During her time on Bigg Boss 16, Sumbul faced a lot of wrath. She was touted to be ‘obsessed’ with her co-contestant Shalin Bhanot. Host Salman Khan also claimed the same and Sumbul refused the same. However, Shalin’s close friend at that time Tina Datta agreed with Salman. Sumbul’s own father warned her about staying with Shalin and Tina and even ended up in a controversy for calling them out himself, during a phone chat on Bigg Boss 16.

After the controversy, Sumbul maintained her distance from Shalin and Tina. She joined Sajid Khan’s mandali but her crying and staying away from the scene became a constant topic of discussion. In fact, the two topics were constantly dragged during fights in the house.

On the brighter side, Sumbul found friends in the mandali who might have mocked her father but took care of her till the very end. Thanks to Stan mocking ‘Touqeer saab’ with Sajid, Sumbul’s father also became popular on Salman’s show without actually participating in it.

Before Bigg Boss 16, Sumbul was in news for her show, Imlie. She is also reported to be a part of Rohit Shetty’s upcoming show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.
