Bigg Boss 16 Diwali Dhamaka October 24, 2022 Highlights: Manya Singh gets evicted; Abdu Rozik gets a special Diwali gift

As the entire country celebrated the festival of love and light, the Bigg Boss 16 house came alive with celebrations. Shekhar Suman and Karan Johar made sure to bring the entertainment, and came bearing some special gifts as well.

Shekhar Suman is back with another entertaining segment of ‘Bigg Bulletin with Shekhar Suman. Shekhar was on a roll as he kicked things off with a recitation of Diwali wishes. He declares that he wants to add fuel to the fire Karan Johar set alight during the Weekend Ka Vaar. Shekhar roasts most of the housemates. Sajid and Abdu’s jodi, as well as Shalin and Tina’s relationship. Shekhar also incessantly makes fun of Archana’s loudness, and her fights with Gori. He also busts a rap while roasting MC Stan. he also gives his take on the couples vs singles dynamics in the house.

Shekhar also has some tricky gifts in store for the housemates. He gives them gifts to give to the people in the house based on their behavior. He gives Gori a tongue cleaner, and the dancer gives it to Archana. Gautam gets a dustbin and gives it to Priyanka, so that the actress can remove the dirt from her mind and dump away the bad thoughts she had about people. Priyanka gives Shiv a mirror so that he can find out his real self and instead of supporting his friends’ faults, he can guide them instead. Shiv gives the mask to Shalin,saying that the latter must show his original face, rather than the many faces he shows to win the game. Ankit gives himself a megaphone so as to make his voice more heard. Archana gives Manya a brinjal, saying the latter is easy to turn over and change.

Shekhar bids the housemates goodbye until next week.

Karan arrives to drum up more drama. The host says he wants to open their eyes and talks of the eviction this week. Sumbul, Shalin and Manya are nominated. Manya is evicted and Gori is inconsolable. Sumbul and Shalin hug each other in happiness that they are safe.

Karan puts the contestants to the Diwali Dhamaka test. He asks them to pick the Phuski bomb and Sutli bomb from among Tina and Nimrit. Ankit, Sumbul,Priyanka,Shalin and Archana pick Nimrit as Phuski. Gautam,Soundarya,Gori,Shiv,MC Stan,Abdu and Sajid give Tina the title of Phuski bomb. Tina is declared the Phuski and Nimrit is crowned by Abdu. The selection process leads to a row between Tina and Soundarya. Tina is asked to show a bit of fire by Karan.

Karan gives Abdu a special diwali gift. Fans from all over the country wish Abdu a happy diwali. As it's Abdu’s first Diwali in India, Karan gives Abdu a taste of Indian hospitality. Abdu is sent a snazzy recliner by his family.

Karan reveals that the rest of the housemates’ families have also sent them gifts, which they have to earn. The host says that the housemates have to entertain Karan and Abdu, and they will be scored based on that. Sumbul is the first, and her dance gets her thumbs ups from Abdu and Karan.

Shalin is next and he takes off his shirt and dances, prompting Karan to tease Tina. Gives Shalin thumbs ups, followed by Karan and Abdu.

Archana and Priyanka dance a duet. Gori also puts up an entertaining dance performance, earning thumbs ups from the judges.

Karan is impressed by the performances of the housemates, and hands over them the gifts sent by their families. Many contestants get emotional and miss their family.

Sajid and Abdu are seen in the confession room. Bigg Boss talks about how Abdu is away from both his family and his country as well. Bigg Boss gives the singer a special gift. The supreme has ordered Tajikistani food for the entire house.

Soundarya and Gautam talk and try to sort out their differences. The former says they don't have to prove anything to anyone, while the latter says he's not playing games. Soundarya says she is shattered from inside. Sajid asks why they're getting so worked up.

Archana, Priyanka and Ankit discuss Shalin-Tina and Soundarya-Gautam. Archana questions how they can fall in love so quickly.

Tina, Shalin, Guatam and Soundarya discuss what happened in the bathroom between Soundarya and Gautam. Soundarya confronts Shalin for taunting her.

Archana asks Gautam and Soundarya to really consider whether they love each other. Archana says Gautam used to like her, which he denies.
