Gautam Vig is best known for his role in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2. The show starred Bigg Boss 13 contestant Devoleena Bhattacharjee as one of the female leads.

Bigg Boss 16 makers shared videos on their Instagram stories with the first confirmed contestant. It showed the actor, likely to be Gautam, confess that he is a huge fan of both Asim Riaz and Siddharth Shukla from Bigg Boss 13.

It is to be noted that Sidharth and Asim were friends-turned-foes in the season of Bigg Boss. They even made it to the finals. Sidharth won the trophy while Asim became the runner-up of the show. Interestingly, Devoleena was also a part of the show but she had to quit owing to an injury.

It now remains to be seen what kind of a game Gautam would play this season. What’s more interesting is that this actor might just be competing with Bigg Boss himself.

Bigg Boss 16 will premiere on TV and OTT on October 1. The show will be airing from 9.30 pm and streaming on Voot from 9 pm.
