Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary has managed to save Ankit Gupta from an instant eviction. The cost for it was Rs. 25 lakhs from the prize money. No, it wasn’t going to be further deducted by Priyanka could win back the prize money.
In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 16, Priyanka was asked to make the tough choice. Out of nowhere, Bigg Boss decided to play with PriyAnkit and put them in a spot.
Priyanka was called to the confession room. Soon, Bigg Boss asked Sajid Khan to gather all the contestants in the living area. None of them were aware that they would see Priyanka on TV as she made the big decision. Ankit included.
All the housemates were left shocked when Bigg Boss gave Priyanka the option to choose between Ankit and winning back Rs. 25 lakhs from the prize money. They started placing their bets and many, including Sajid, guessed correctly that Priyanka would choose Ankit over the money.
The very popular buzzer was kept in front of Priyanka for the decision making. She refused to throw Ankit out and while Bigg Boss counted to 10, she said outright that she cannot be the one to send Ankit outside the house.
For the same reason, Priyanka got a hearing from Shiv Thakare and Archana Gautam. Archana started taunting Priyanka as ‘sacchai ki muhurat’ leading to an argument. Priyanka justified herself saying that if she could nominate Ankit for evictions and win back the prize money, that would be a different matter.
Soon enough, Sajid pointed out how he is the only one who has been touted as the villain because he saved Sumbul Touqeer Khan and helped her stay in the house for so long. Everybody else – Gautam Singh Vig, Shalin Bhanot and now, Priyanka – were tagged as heroes. This is because they all chose to save their good friend/special friend/partner Soundarya Sharma, Tina Datta and Ankit.
The prize money in Bigg Boss 16 is currently at zero. Currently, the housemates do not have any scope of winning it back, at least till Bigg Boss decides whether they are worthy or not.
