Bigg Boss 17: Bigg Boss 15 couple Tejasswi Prakash-Karan Kundrra to re-enter Salman Khan’s show but not as contestants?

Bigg Boss 15 is remembered for one thing above all. It is the show where Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra officially became a couple. #TejRan became the trend back then and fans of the couple are still excited about every news related to the duo. Now, there’s good news for the fans since it looks like TejRan will be back for Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 17.

What we know so far

Various reports have suggested that Bigg Boss 15 winner Tejasswi and her beau Karan will enter Bigg Boss 17 too. Some reports suggest they would be seniors while other feel they would be contestants, given the Couples vs Singles concept. However, FilmiBeat reports that TejRan are instead entering the show as mentors.

What does it mean?

Bigg Boss 17, like the concept suggests, will have two teams. While there will be singles in one team, couples will be a part of the other team. TejRan will be mentoring one team (most likely the one with couples). They will also possibly stay in the house for two whole weeks. The makers are, however, yet to make an announcement on the same.

Bigg Boss in recent times

Bigg Boss OTT season 2 came to an end recently. Elvish Yadav picked up the trophy and became the first wild card contestant to ever win Bigg Boss Hindi. He was competing with another YouTuber Abhishek Malhan, who was also a part of his group. The team included Abhishek, Elvish and Manisha Rani.

Bigg Boss OTT 2 was also the first because of Salman Khan. The host entered the OTT version with the season. It is now reported that some of the contestants from OTT will join Bigg Boss 17 too. The winner Elvish could also be a part of the show.

More recently, it was revealed that Bigg Boss 17 will air on TV from October 20. There is no confirmation on the same. Nonetheless, the show will stream on Jio Cinema along with airing on TV.
