However, the 26-year-old's recent experience in Bigg Boss Season 17 was not a happy one. His journey came to an end after being evicted from the reality show. According to a report published on Times Now this morning, Anurag Dobhal plans to get married to his longtime girlfriend Iqra Mughal this year. The two have often been spotted hanging out together on multiple occasions.
Speaking about his journey on Bigg Boss 17, Anurag accidentally spilled beans about his marriage plans while bashing comedian Munawar Faruqui’s character on the show.
Munawar, for the unfamiliar, allegedly cheated on his girlfriend Ayesha Khan. On the show, Ayesha claimed that Munawar was dating her and social media influencer Nazila at the same time.
“Main Munawar nahi hu ki mein bahar aa kar kuch statment du aur andar aa kar kuch aur statement du. Maine uss ladki (Iqra) ki izzat andar bhi rakhi hai aur mein bahar aa kar bhi uss ladki ke sath wo rishta nibhlanga. Sab log Munawar Faruqui nahi hote na. Iss saal probably shaadi kar lenge. (I am not Munawar who says something outside the house and then gives an entirely different statement inside the house. I respected that girl (Iqra) inside the house, and I will continue doing so even now. Not everyone is like Munawar. We will get married this year probably,” said Anurag to the news outlet.
