Mannara Chopra – the cousin of superstar Priyanka Chopra Jonas, is a contestant on Bigg Boss Season 17. On the show, she has shared great equations with her loved ones. However, in the past two weeks, she has not been feeling upto the mark. Be it in recent the captaincy task (where couple Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain were finalists) or distancing herself from Munawar Faruqui (because of his love for Ayesha Khan), she has been subject to unnecessary negativity and social barriers. Keeping in view of the recent developments, Mannara Chopra feels the show is a couples' special.

Last evening, we saw Mannara lying down quietly in the bed for quite some time. Vicky Jain, Ayesha Khan, and a few others kept a constant check on her whether she was feeling okay. A while later, Isha Malviya spoke to Mannara to find out why was she feeling so sad and low.
Mannara said, “Bigg Boss is becoming a couples show. I can feel it.”
Isha said, “Ayesha is genuinely feeling bad for you. Believe me. She is not my sister.”
Mannara said, “Uski bad feeling ka main kya karun? Woh bhi toh game khene aayi hai na. (What can I do about her feeling bad? She is also here to play the game.) There are three couples on the show (Ankita -Vicky, Samarth Jurel – Isha, and Munawar Faruqui – Ayesha Khan).”
Fuming against Munawar, Mannara added, “Munawar is the kind of person who has a lot of girls ‘available’ around him. I do not understand this nonsense. Even on this show, Ayesha has come for him – be it destroy his public image, rekindle love or just to give him the footage.”
More about Bigg Boss 17
Following consecutive eliminations, Bigg Boss has unveiled a captaincy task for the contestants. Munawar Faruqui, Isha Malviya, and Aoora, the former and current captains, were tasked with choosing the new leader of the house. Post the captaincy challenge, Isha confided in Mannara, revealing that Munawar opposed her becoming the captain. This revelation deeply upset Mannara, sparking a heated argument between the two. Isha expressed her surprise, stating, "I'm shocked because Munawar didn't make any effort to support Mannara's captaincy aspirations. He seemed completely indifferent."
