Bigg Boss 17: Sushant Singh Rajput's fans slams Ankita Lokhande for using his name to 'gain sympathy'

Ankita Lokhande, a contestant on the Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss 17, frequently appears to be talking about the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput (SSR).

For the uninitiated, Ankita and Sushant were in a relationship for seven years. The two have been together ever since they first met on the sets of Pavitra Rishta. Ankita had previously said that Sushant had abruptly vanished from her life without giving a reason for their split. Recently, Ankita and fellow contestant Munawar Faruqui were seen discussing Sushant Singh Rajput on the most recent episode of Bigg Boss 17. But this has left SSR’s fans disappointed, who are now accusing Ankita of using the late actor's name to stay safe from elimination. 

Ankita at the Bigg Boss 17 house was seen talking about Sushant in a video that a Reddit user posted. “She just needs a queue to start blabbering about Sushant. I mean stop singing with voice, she’s the worst kind of person,” the caption read.

Rushing to the comments section, several other SSR fans criticized the actress for using the actor's passing. A fan commented, "Does she ever behave normally? It always seems like she’s acting" Another fan wrote, "She is so cringe."

After Munawar recited shayari lines on heartbroken people, Ankita asked him to stop. She said, "Mat bol yeh saari cheezein, woh hit karti hain buri tareeke se" and then she started singing 'Kaun Tujhe Yun Pyaar Karega' from Sushant's movie MS Dhoni: The Untold Story.

Munawar then tells Ankita that he saw a special screening of MS Dhoni at Yash Raj Studios, where he had his first and last encounter with Sushant. "Bohot acha insaan tha woh," Ankita remarked at that point. "He was a good man. Main aise bolti hu na kabhi, tha, mujhe itna ajeeb lagta hai. Matlab abhi toh theek hai normal ho gaya hai, pehle bahut ajeeb lagta tha. Vicky ka bhi dost tha na Sushant toh ab woh nahi raha is duniya mein, that is the most worst feeling," she added. 

The Pavitra Rishta actress also revealed that she could not attend Sushant’s funeral. She said she did not even go to the funeral, she thought she would not be able to see this and hence did not attend.
