Art connoisseur and reality TV star Shalini Passir recently entered the Bigg Boss 18 house as a guest. Shalini, known for Fabulous Lives v/s Bollywood Wives, stayed in the BB 18 house for a day. She bonded with a few contestants during her stint on the Salman Khan-hosted show. However, Passi's statement that she doesn't watch TV didn't go down well with Avinash Mishra. The actor strongly criticized Shalini.
When Avinash Mishra asked Shalini Passi if she watched Bigg Boss' previous season, the art collector said she doesn't watch television. "I don't watch TV. I work so much that when the television is on, my mind goes somewhere else. I feel that instead of watching others work, I should do whatever I can do," said Shalini.
While Avinash criticized Passi to her face, he voiced his thoughts during his conversation with Tajinder Bagga and Vivian Dsena. He questioned her stint on Bigg Boss 18 by saying, "Whatever you did before this, you did it on TV only. Now you have come here, which is India's biggest reality show, which comes on television only."
The television actor went on to add, "If I find reading books a waste of time, should I go to the bookstore? If I find watching television a waste of time, then why should I go to television?"
After leaving Bigg Boss 18 house, Shalini Passi shared her experience of being on the show. The Delhi-based art collector mentioned BB 18's stint was one of the best experiences she had in life. Shalini further revealed that she bonded well with Yamini Malhotra, Shilpa Shirodkar, and Sara Arfeen Khan on the show.
Passi even named Rajat Dalal as the potential winner of Bigg Boss 18. According to her, Rajat has 'what it takes to' win the reality show. Hosted by Salman Khan, Bigg Boss 18 streams on JioCinema and OTTplay Premium.
