In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, Abhishek addressed his relationship with the 21-year-old TV actress Ashnoor Kaur. He also shared that the video of the concert is a mere coincidence, and he didn’t know her before Bigg Boss 19. “It was a concert, there were lakhs of people. It was Holi, so all the people were going to the same place. I never knew her before. It was totally organic,” Bajaj said.

When asked if it was just friendship or more, Abhishek confirmed that it was just friendship, and they found peace in their bond. “We were emotionally connected. Found peace when we were together. There were people in the house, who were very chaotic. They were like energy vampires, and we were the energy chargers. We shared the same values and the same point of view. It was nice being around her. I was heartbroken when she was left inside the house,” Abhishek told the portal.

Abhishek on rule-breaking controversy

While in another interview with Zoom, Abhishek Bajaj addressed the rule-breaking controversy and owned his mistake. For the unversed, Abhishek and Ashnoor faced the wrath of Bigg Boss and the housemates after being cornered for breaking the rules of the house. The ‘Abhinoor’ duo was seen talking without their mikes, and despite being warned several times, they continued with their secret talks. 

Speaking about the same, Abhishek added, “To be honest, it was being blown out of proportion, that was our mistake and I will not deny it. I'll always be sorry about that, uski vajah se baaki logon pe bhi aayi jo mere dost the, jinhone mera stand liya, (because of that, my friends also got affected). I was very sorry about that and I was grateful ki unhone mera stand liya tha. (I was grateful that they took a stand for me.) But I used to think galtiyan insaan se hoti hain, we are not perfect. (Mistakes happen from humans.) Uss cheez ka redemption hona chahiye tha and putting us into the elimination that was too much for me. Because it was not a nomination, it was an elimination.”

Meanwhile, Abhishek Bajaj’s shocking eviction in the double elimination on Weekend Ka Vaar has changed the dynamics of the house. Some also think Pranit More’s decision to save Ashnoor was to remove his competitor and hence a self-centered move. Now reports are surfacing that Mridul Tiwari has also been ousted in the midweek eviction.
