Kunickaa happened to state that she is not deserving of captaincy, and on hearing so, Baseer started discussing it with the housemates. That is when Kunickaa decided to resign from captaincy.

Kunickaa Sadanand was beloved and treated like a mother inside the house. However, hurt with Baseer's behaviour, she decided she wouldn't take up kitchen duties for a week straight. The actress-turned-lawyer announced the same and confirmed it to Bigg Boss through the cameras.
