Bigg Boss 19 day 11 was focused on choosing a new captain of the house. The task unfolded some interesting equations, and gave rise to an inappropriate moment. Like day 10, day 11 inside the Bigg Boss 19 house also tested how strong the bond between the girl gang is. Cracks developed, but were sealed just as instantly. Meanwhile, new bonds started developing. #Bahana (Baseer Ali-Farhana Bhat) has become the centre of attention once again. Real life struggles were exposed, among other things.
Captaincy task
Day 11 in Bigg Boss 19 commences with Tanya Mittal's gloves stealing the spotlight again. The contestants are introduced with the captaincy task. Pranit More is out of the race. Baseer Ali is the first contender for the captaincy. Mridul Tiwari gets hurt during the task. This leads to confusion if Awez Darbar or Amaal Mallik caused him to bleed. Baseer ends up fighting with Abhishek Bajaj over the same. Eventually, Abhishek is the second contender. Owing to Nehal Chudasma trying to deceive Bigg Boss, the task comes to an abrupt halt.
After a while, the task restarts and Baseer shows winning qualities. The contestants get more hyper than the two contenders. There's an interesting revelation as Mridul Tiwari and Kunickaa Sadanand get into an argument. The next time around, it is between Gaurav and her.
Abhishek picks Farhana up, thus irking the latter. Awez Darbar notices how Natalia was also thrown out of the circle during the task. Mridul announces Baseer as the winner of the task, and thus, Baseer is the new captain who will not work in the house. Unusually happy, Baseer kisses the camera.
Baseer Ali continues flirting with Farhana Bhat

In order to attain captaincy, Baseer Ali had promised to be Farhana's personal assistant. Unfortunately, that would not be possible since Bigg Boss clarified that Baseer cannot work at all as a captain. So, now, it is Bigg Boss or Farhana for Baseer. Interestingly, Gaurav had also gathered his group and discussed how he wanted Baseer as captain, before Baseer Bob actually became the captain of the house.
Housemates celebrate Neelam Giri's birthday. The next day, Nehal calls Abhishek out for hogging all food again, hinting that they might end up just like #Bahana.

Kunickaa Sadanand picks Ashnoor Kaur over Tanya Mittal, Neelam Giri

Kunickaa Sadanand is asked to pick a daughter in law. She picks Tanya and Neelam. However, if she has to pick just one person, it would be Ashnoor without the back-biting. Ashnoor confronts Kunickaa about the same, and the latter feels it is not the trait of a good character.
Eventually, Kunickaa has an argument with Tanya as she feels the latter sees her as obsessive. Kunickaa believes Tanya has fragile mood and ego, thus leading to the group falling apart. They eventually come back together.
Kunickaa also suggests Amaal to also show aggression rather than sleeping all day long. They discuss his depression phase, but Kunickaa suggests to not display that as much on the show. Meanwhile, Zeeshan Qadri asks Amaal to not pick a fight with Mridul but observe more and wait for the right time to speak up.
