On December 6, Sofia Hayat celebrated her 38th birthday at a lavish event. The Bigg Boss 7 fame diva turned a lot of heads at the bash with her gorgeous sheer studded dress, which also took the internet by storm.

The famous celebrity shared a few videos celebrating her birthday with her friends and family. Along with the montages, Sofia also shared heartfelt notes on her Instagram handle. A part of the caption reads, "Life is short and precious, do things that are worthwhile, that help and serve yourself and others, but never forget to have fun. The older I get, the more grateful I am for another year on this beautiful planet. Getting older is a gift. Each year is the gift of life. The biggest gift you can have. I am blessed with great friends and blessed to live another birthday. I hope to have millions more. I already am the oldest soul in the universe! Each day is precious. Thankyou for this gift. Meanwhile, talking about the royal event and the special day, the former actress told ETimes TV that birthdays are really very special to her and she enjoys celebrating them as well as marking her achievements on this fine and setting new goals for herself too. 

"This year it was really amazing as I was wearing my dream outfit, I got some royal designers here who designed my naked illusion dress," Sofia added.

Even though Gauahar Khan won Bigg Boss 7, Sofia grabbed a lot of attention for her stint in the Salman Khan-led show.
