Bigg Boss 9 Telugu is all set to kickstart from September 7, 2025. Akkineni Nagarjuna returns as the host for the ninth season, and he is personally taking care of every aspect of the show.
Contestants from previous seasons to sizzle in Bigg Boss 9 Telugu
The other day, we revealed that he is finalising the list of contestants who will participate in Season 9. A few commoners will also be part of the show, and now, we have come to know that contestants from previous seasons will also return. We have exclusively learned that popular actors VJ Sunny, Manas, and Priyanka Jain, who all gained fame in earlier seasons, will be part of the show once again.
This trend of bringing back old participants started with the eighth season, and the makers have now taken things to another level by considering contestants like VJ Sunny, who even won the title in Season 7. Some big names are also being considered, most of whom are Telugu heroines.
The makers were earlier criticised for selecting only social media influencers and small YouTubers, many of whom were relatively unknown. Therefore, Nagarjuna has ensured that, even though some contestants are from previous seasons, the show features controversial and popular faces to attract attention.
The set for Bigg Boss Telugu 9 is being erected at Annapurna Studios, and the promo is expected to be out soon. The latest news is that two commoners will also enter the show, and we’ll have to wait to see who they are.
