Bigg Boss Bangla runner-up Priya Paul to join Zee Bangla’s Jagadhatri

Priya Paul debuted in the Bengali television scene with Ekhane Akash Neel with Rishi Koushik and Aparajita Ghosh Das. She has worked in a number of serials and created a stir in Bigg Boss Bangla Season 2. However, soon she disappeared into thin air after that. The style diva, who came to fame after acting as Mimi in the serial Jal Nupur, left Tollywood in order to build a career in Mumbai. She was not even present on social media, upsetting many of her fans. 

Now here is some good news: Priya is making her comeback on Zee Bangla for the serial Jagadhatri. According to sources, she will be seen in a negative role. However, there has not been any official confirmation yet. Earlier, she worked in the serial Kojagari on Zee Bangla. Jagadhatri – one of the newest serials in Zee Bangla – has started on a positive note and entered the top 10 of TRP within a few weeks. The serial that features Soumyadeep Mukherjee, Ankita Mallick, Kanchana Moitra, Sanchari Das, and others and produced by Blues Productions, secured the fifth position in the TRP ratings.   

Meanwhile, last year Priya joined Bengal’s ruling party TMC. Apart from acting, she is known for her passion for painting and travelling. Priya was one of the runners up of the Bigg Boss Bangla Season 2, where Joyjit Mukhopadhyay won the show.
