Four of the eight finalists will head to the TV season that begins on September 24

The very first contestant of Bigg Boss Kannada OTT to enter the house was popular astrologer and TV personality Aryavardhan Guruji. Known for his quirky appearances, Aryavardhan Guruji found prominence during the Indian Premier League by his predictions ranging from picking the winning team to guessing how much a batsman scored. Aryavardhan, who rose to popularity on social media, has also been subjected to trolling, thanks to his mannerisms. His entry into the Bigg Boss house promised a lot of entertainment and he lived up to that. He now becomes the first of the eight Bigg Boss Kannada OTT Season 1 finalists to earn a spot on the upcoming television season of the reality show, which begins on September 24.
One of the most entertaining contestants of the show, Aryavardhan was the master chef of the house, preparing pretty much every meal for people in the house. He has credited his bakery experience in honing his cooking skills and always maintained that his mantra in the kitchen is ‘Always cook with love'.
The first-ever season of Bigg Boss Kannada OTT kicked off on August 6 with 16 contestants. However, in the very first week, two contestants, Lokesh Kumar and Arjun Ramesh were injured during tasks in the house. While Lokesh had to leave almost immediately to seek medical attention, Arjun managed another week, but despite the treatment he received, his shoulder injury showed no improvement, he also retired hurt. Despite these setbacks, the show went on as usual and had eliminations every week. Nandini and Jashwanth, who had entered the show as a couple and were to be considered as one entity for voting, were eventually separated to compete against each other, as a fall out of which she was voted out in Week 5.
Three more contestants will join Aryavardhan in the TV season, with Roopesh Shetty, Rakesh Adiga and Sanya Iyer believed to be the shoo-ins.
