Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10: Meet the two new 'wildcard' entries to the show

We have officially reached the halfway mark on Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10 as exactly 50 days remain on the show. At the end of the seventh week, Neethu Vanajakshi was eliminated from the show to make things all the more interesting inside the house, leaving 11 contestants behind to battle it out for the ultimate prize.

For Neethu Vanajakshi, being a part of a popular show like Bigg Boss Kannada gave her the opportunity to represent the transgender community and also bring about awareness among the general public. She had been vocal about wanting to use the platform for the said reasons and during her 50-day-long stay inside the house, she revealed herself to be quite assertive and a team player. Neethu was also adjudged the captain of the house the same week she was eliminated.

But her elimination will now make way for not one but two new contestants on the show. The latest promo from Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10 reveals that two wildcard entire will be welcomed by the existing lot of contestants. While the video glimpse avoids revealing the faces of the new bunch, social media has already thrown up two names to end the suspense. 

According to verified sources on X, Avinash Shetty and Pavi Poovappa will join Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10 on Monday, November 27. Avinash or Asthik Avinash Shetty is an actor and model who began his career in Tulu cinema with the film 'Jai Tulunadu' and has been part of a few other Kannada films over the past couple of years, including 'Power' starring Puneeth Rajkumar. Pavi Poovappa, on the other hand, is a professional model who has close to 115,000 followers to her name on Instagram.

The same promo also suggests that the entry of the two new contestants into the mix makes the existing bunch a little wary, considering the competition will only grow intense from this point onwards. With as many as 13 contestants remaining in the show and only 50 days to go, one can expect the drama to be doubled down along with more twists and turns. More updates to follow.
