Bigg Boss Kannada Season 9: Rupesh Rajanna or Aryavardhan? Or Deepika Das? Who'll exit before the finale?

We are only days away from crowning the new Bigg Boss Kannada champion as the finale week gets underway amid tremendous scrutiny. With only six contestants remaining inside the house, the battle lines seem drawn more prominently than ever before and social media too is abuzz with speculations and predictions about the winner.

According to reports, Roopesh Shetty is currently the frontrunner and is likely to edge out everyone else when it comes to audience votes. Rakesh Adiga, his Bigg Boss Kannada OTT housemate, is breathing down his neck at position #2 with Divya Uruduga, the very affable veteran, taking third place in terms of pre-finale positions. The three have been touted all along as the most favoured by netizens and to support this argument, they have pretty much glided through the competition with few hurdles along the way.

Speaking of hurdles, Deepika Das enters the finale week with bright prospects and is currently placed above Aryavardhan and Rupesh Rajanna with respect to the finale battle. Das has already had a second lease on life this season, as she was brought back to the competition as a wild-card entry following her shocking elimination, and although she enjoys her own share of popularity, the chances of her beating Roopesh, Rakesh, or Divya seem quite small. On the other hand, both Rupesh Rajanna and Aryavardhan have waded through the competition as the dark horses and if their run so far suggests anything, it is that they pack a surprise punch.

To make things more interesting, the finale week includes a mid-week elimination which means that only 5 contestants will head to the main finale on Friday and Saturday. It would be safe to say at this point that Roopesh Shetty, Rakesh Adiga and Divya Uruduga would not feel threatened by this but the remaining three would certainly find themselves on thin ice by the prospects. 

Deepika Das is currently trending on social media, with fans and celebrities alike urging viewers to vote for her - could that mean she will survive the mid-week blues? If so, does that mean Aryvardhan's dream run or Rupesh Rajanna's haphazard stint in Bigg Boss Kannada Season 9 is over? And in all likelihood, Deepika could also face the axe and bid adieu to the show, once and for all. Well, it's only a matter of time now!
