Bigg Boss Malayalam 4: Manigandan Thonnakkal becomes the first wild card entrant on Mohanlal hosted show

On this weekend episode of Bigg Boss Malayalam season 4, Mohanlal had a few surprises in store for the housemates. The episode featured the first wildcard entry on the show.

The contestants received some special gifts from Mohanlal courtesy of the show’s sponsors. Calling it a ‘Vishu kaineettam’ the contestants received a gold coin each and reminisced their Vishu memories. They also received some new clothes as well.

The host also did not shy away from making some sharp observations about the events that transpired in the house that week. Robin and Dilsha bore the brunt of Mohanlal’s criticism. The host also discussed in length about some of the key happenings that happened this week, and the feuds that occurred because of it. One of the most heated issues had to do with this week’s kitchen duties and assignments. The nominees for eviction this week were Lakshmi Priya, Daisy, Naveen, Shalini, Jasmine and Akhil.

The first-ever wild card entry to the house this season came in the form of Manigandan, a teacher, artist and vlogger who has his own Youtube channel called Maniyan speaking. The Thiruvananthapuram native thus became the 18th contestant on the show with his entry to the house. Manigandan was introduced to the contestants in the activity room, and he had a few messages for the housemates from the ‘outside’. Naveen, Robin, Blesslee, Akhil, Shalini, Jasmine, and Suraj, were some of the few who Manigandan addressed.

The new contestant was taken for a tour around the house by the housemates and given a warm welcome. After Bigg Boss welcomed him and he introduced himself, Manigandan was asked a few questions by the rest of the housemates.
