Season 2 - Rajith's chilli attack
During a weekly challenge, Rajith Kumar harmed co-contestant Reshma by putting chilli paste in her eyes, which led to his dismissal from the competition. The show offered Rajith the opportunity to go on if Reshma was willing to forgive him, but she refused and demanded that he be removed from the programme. As a result, he gained more admirers and received an enthusiastic welcome when arriving in Kochi from Chennai.

Season 4 - Robin slaps Riyas
After losing his temper and slapping wildcard competitor Riyas during a challenge, Dr. Robin Radhakrishnan was kicked off the show. Season 5 - Aniyan Midhun's love story
Aniyan Midhun was involved in yet another hilarious and embarrassing controversy in this season. He narrated his tale of falling in love with a female Indian Army trooper. But the story quickly sparked criticism, with many people doubting its veracity. Mohanlal, meanwhile, snapped at him and demanded that he publicly apologise for demeaning the Indian Army.
Season 6 - Asi Rocky hits Sijo John
Asi Rocky and Sijo got into a heated argument in Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 6. Consequently, Sijo was struck in the face by Asi Rocky. The other rivals stepped in to prevent more harm. However, Bigg Boss immediately summoned Rocky to the confessional room in order to remove him from the show. After this attack, Sijo needed extensive surgery.
